What I love about this book is that while it discusses spiritual concepts, the language is clear, human, and practical. The framework of having each chapter reflected as “seeds” makes the content feel livable and applicable for me. I also really appreciate that nothing is presented as dogma, encourages questions, and grounds them through my own lens.

What I appreciated most is that the book doesn't try to explain things from a distance or tell you how to fix yourself. It's grounded in real experience and speaks honestly about fear, discomfort and the parts of growth we usually want to avoid. Instead of offering solutions or telling you what to do, it offers perspective - reminding you that healing isn't about escaping what's hard, but about staying with it.

The author's approach is a total 180 I never really considered before which I'm finding more and more inspiring as it sinks in. For so long I've been focused on what parts of myself I need to be rid of in order to be happier, starting to understand that all those things have a positive side is really comforting, and I'm really inspired to see this new process through.

After I read The Way In Is Through, I finally understood what integration was all about. A word so often thrown around in the healing world, that felt so out of reach. How do I integrate the grief? Why is it lingering for so long? This book breaks it down so simply and has become my go-to to understand my emotions. And not just the heavy ones, joy too.
