I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with you!

Growing up in a small town outside of London, ON, I was raised in a household enriched by both Catholic (Mother) and Buddhist (Father) influences. As the eldest of three children, I developed a deep curiosity about life’s big questions and the nature of our existence. However, in my twenties, I drifted away from my faith.

For a decade, I owned and operated a Thai restaurant and gay nightclub, but a health and lifestyle crisis brought me to my knees. This turning point became the catalyst for my entry into the wellness industry, leading me to open a boutique fitness studio.

As a coach, I was privileged to witness the incredible transformations of hundreds of clients. Yet, tragedy struck when my youngest brother fell 17 stories to his death. This devastating loss prompted me to reconnect with my spirituality in a profound way. I came to understand that a powerful force weaves through the fabric of our existence, transcending traditional religious boundaries. This realization drove me to explore my inner world more deeply.

I embarked on a 2.5-year healing sabbatical, during which I immersed myself in Eastern Medicine and Indigenous healing practices. Upon my return, I eagerly shared this newfound wisdom with my clients.

In 2019, I settled in Toronto and established a private home practice, first in Leslieville, then in Midtown, and finally in St. Clair West. My urban retreat provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to release layers of mental and emotional stress. The services I offer are deeply influenced by the Master teachers and Shamans I have studied under. For five years, I have had the privilege of serving the Toronto community professionally.

I am here today because I embraced my passion and purpose. Over the past decade, I have been fortunate enough to help people overcome mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical challenges.

I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with you!

With Love,

Eddy Tony Phimphrachanh
